Rockbox Builds for Cowon D2+

This is a copy of the rockbox builds created for my Cowon D2+ (16GB). My builds include a few patches to make rockbox more fun to use:

Hold-Mode buttons patch
Less sensitive touchscreen on the D2+ (still not perfect, but better than the default)
Bootloader defaults to Rockbox. The Cowon firmware is loaded by pressing HOLD while powering up the device

Note: The build will also work on a normal Cowon D2 device
